Hi Andriy,

Just a slight correction - I specifically meant OBIA with that picture, not OBIEE.
I think the OBIEE documentation is not at all bad. It's maybe not structured as logically as it could be, but the information is generally there if you look hard enough.
On the otherhand OBIA documentation is unhelpful, ambiguous, lacking, incorrect, and generally poor. IMHO :-)

You're right about the points system on OTN. I like the idea from oracle-l where people have to lurk and seek permission to post, that way the quality of questions will hopefully be better and then the points will be more meaningful.
Let me know if I can help at all.

cheers, RNM.

Goran,
First of all, thank you for a thoughtful comment.

Second, I've not deleted your comment. Because of prevalent comment spam - I've a pre-approval comment process. Once your first comment is approved - your following comments should appear without issues.

Good luck

I don't think that all obiee topics have been covered. Still are many ways to show people some advanced data modelling and reports techniques, etc. You can always think some problem and resolve it as the way as you (blogger) see it. About the OTN obiee forum I agree that there should be a little change, so maybe a new moderated forum is not such a bad idea. I reduced my activities there.
